Hi,

I live in Mexico and will not be able to attend.

I will record a video DVD and send it to anyone who can present it on my behalf. I also have an online petition asking Wiggins not to be reappointed.

Youtube videos are also going viral about this judge.

JIRC (Judicial Inquiry and Review Commission) members are also selected by Del. Albo and Sen. Marsh and the GA's House and Senate Courts of Justice Committees. Anyone with a gripe about how their complaint was handled by the JIRC needs to be at the December 10 meeting. JIRC members, the processors of our formal written complaints, are subject to terms and reappointment interviews. Most citizens are not aware. It's all in the Va. Code; see my facebook wall for the section. (I don't have it memorized.)

Nancy, I'm up for carpooling but don't usually arrive the night before, in Richmond. Your idea is good. -Veronique of Mommy Go Bye Bye

I am seeking asylum in another country. One of the ways to bring down the tyranny that is the VA courts is for all who have been wronged to email embagua@intelnet.net.gt and request that they assist me in my efforts to get asylum and send or present copies of the emails to the entire committee. They should simply state:

Due to the corruption of the courts and the re-victimization of victims of domestic violence that is standard in the Virginia courts, destruction of court records and the continued death threats to me personally, stalking and falsified police reports (yes, I have the evidence with me) the courts in Virginia are acting illegally. We, the women of Virginia, wish to have our rights as citizens afforded us. The only way to accomplish this is to bring this to the forefront of the international community. The United States must be held accountable for the treatment of its women and children, which it has steadfastly refused to recognize the human rights due us.

We ask that you consider the case of Gail Lakritz as a valid plea for human rights and that you support us through her case in seeking those human rights for all women in Virginia.
