Judge Teena Grodner is up for reelection in December 17th, 2009.
The Honorable Chief Judge Teena Grodner refused residential Drug treatment for Sydney Hardy (DOB 3/16/91) going against at the request of her court appointed probation officer and parents. This past week, at a follow-up hearing to see how Sydney was progressing, the Honorable Judge was presented with a death certificate. Sydney had a heroin over-dose in Las Vegas. Obviously this Honorable Judge knew better than to help a child that was having substance abuse issues. Now she has blood on her hands. Fairfax County Judicial System = FAIL.

I am sick that this judge didn't take a firm stand. Heroine is invading Fairfax County just as it is invading all of the U.S. Kids can get oxycontin so easily, they are becoming addicted to heroine because it is cheaper. Please don't put power into the hands of a judge that doesn't realize the seriousness of this issue and stand up for our children.
I agree, our judicial system has failed Sydney, my baby sister, as well as so many other children and adults. Sydney will NEVER have the opportunity to grow up, to vote, to do anything, it is up to us the people. This judges lack of her professional duty, what our tax dollars pay for, that is a waste!. This judge does not need to be in this position, she is a failure, her ignorant decision has devistated so many peoples lives, would she have made the same ruling if it was her daughter? WE ALL KNOW THE ANSWER TO THAT. Clearly she is not knowledgeable enough about this addiction to be making life and death decisions on it.

Grodner for Abusing/Mis-Using Power Of Authority, Bias Judgement, Rendering Cruel/Unusual Punishment, Labeling Me A Racist, Improper Removal Of My Son, and the list goes on; I'm just apologetic to the family who loss their daughter SYDNEY. I tried to save PEOPLE FROM THIS JUDGE, BUT DUE TO MY RACE MY CRIES WENT UNHEARD AND FELL ON DEAF EARS. HAD THE DELEGATE THOMAS RUST MADE AN AFFORD TO LAUNCH AN INVESTIGATION YOUR DAUGHTER WOULD STILL BE ALIVE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WITH THAT SAID, IF YOU OR YOUR FAMILY NEED HARD CORE EVIDENCE TO SUPPORT YOUR CLAIMS I HAVE EVIDENCE OF MY COMPLAINT I RENDERED TO DELEGATE THOMAS RUST ON MARCH 29, 2009 at approximately 10 am.

I'm angry at this system of ours for allowing n even tolerating Bias Judges to make life threating rulings. Please let's work 2gether to Impeach Teena D. Grodner...I can't do it alone. I would like to meet face to face. I reside in Sterling Virginia...this matter is case sensitive! I have proof that might be vital to a Legal Civil Suit Brought against her n Fairfax County Virginia.
